Job Description:
The Ecommerce Media Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis and
delivering actionable insights to support ecommerce media performance across major retailer
platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target along with day-to-day optimizations. This role will
focus on analyzing campaign and business performance data, developing dashboards and reports,
and preparing high-quality Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs),
and other performance presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to
translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations.
Familiarity with ecommerce media and retailer advertising platforms is required to effectively
interpret performance metrics and support ongoing optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of ecommerce media and business performance data to
identify trends, opportunities, and key insights.
- Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports, including Monthly Business Reviews
(MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ad hoc analyses.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support business
decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations for
stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify performance drivers and
areas for improvement.
- Support the Ecommerce Operations Director with data-driven insights and reporting
requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ecommerce retailer platforms and their reporting
environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce search advertising, with a focus on major retailers
like Walmart, Target, Amazon, or similar.
- Hands on keyboard experience in buying eCommerce media (on platforms such as
Amazon Ads, Skai or Pacvue)
- Experience analysing ecommerce or digital media performance data.
- Working knowledge of retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboarding tools.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level business reviews and performance presentations.
Pay: ₹15,737.33 - ₹50,257.25 per month
