- Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Present products/services effectively to potential business clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
