About the Role
Mulmul is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Warehousing, Logistics & Retail Fulfilment to lead our warehouse, logistics and store fulfilment operations.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure:
Right Stock. Right Store. Right Quantity. Right Time.
You will own the end-to-end movement of merchandise from warehouse to stores, ensuring high stock availability, timely replenishment, efficient warehouse operations and reliable logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Store Fulfilment & Replenishment
* Own store-wise stock fulfilment and replenishment.
* Ensure the right SKU, size, colour and quantity reaches the right store at the right time.
* Plan fulfilment based on sales, inventory levels, store requirements and business priorities.
* Monitor stock-outs, excess stock and ageing inventory.
* Establish and improve store replenishment cycles and fulfilment TAT.
* Coordinate with Retail, Merchandising and Operations teams on stock requirements.
* Manage inter-store transfers to optimise stock availability.
Warehouse Operations
* Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inwarding, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
* Ensure high inventory accuracy and operational discipline.
* Improve warehouse productivity, space utilisation and manpower efficiency.
* Implement and strengthen warehouse SOPs and processes.
Logistics & Distribution
* Own warehouse-to-store transportation and distribution.
* Plan dispatches and deliveries based on store priorities.
* Manage logistics partners and service levels.
* Drive OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance.
* Track and resolve delivery delays, damages and exceptions.
* Optimise logistics costs and delivery timelines.
Inventory Management
* Ensure accurate physical and system inventory.
* Drive cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation.
* Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and ageing.
* Strengthen inventory controls and minimise losses.
Team & Vendor Management
* Lead warehouse and logistics teams and drive performance through clear KPIs.
* Manage external logistics partners and vendors.

What We’re Looking For
* 8–12 years of experience in warehousing, logistics and retail supply chain.
* Strong hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.
* Experience managing distribution/fulfilment for multiple retail stores.
* Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or retail is strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of store replenishment, inventory movement and retail fulfilment.
* Experience managing logistics partners and warehouse teams.
* Familiarity with ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and execution skills.
* Excellent cross-functional coordination and team-management abilities.
* A hands-on, process-oriented leader who can operate effectively in a fast-growing retail environment.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
