Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness, grow our online community, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
