As a Career Growth Consultant you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with students who may be interested in exploring rewarding career opportunities in the Merchant Navy and maritime industry. You will act as a bridge between prospective students and our professional admissions and counselling team.
This role offers the freedom to work independently, build professional networks and earn attractive performance-based incentives while contributing to students' career development.

- Maintain professional communication with students and stakeholders.
- Support outreach initiatives aimed at expanding awareness of maritime career pathways.
