What You'll Do:
- Manage customer after-sales service requests
- Coordinate spare parts and service schedules
- Maintain service records and follow up on open cases
- Escalate critical customer issues to the management team
What We're Looking For:
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical understanding of blister packaging machines and pharma packaging processes
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-focused approach
- Experience in after-sales support within manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industries
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
