We at Shree Vidhatte Interiors are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge to independently manage and coordinate residential turnkey interior projects, ensuring smooth execution, quality, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution of residential turnkey interior projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Vendors, Contractors, and Site teams.
- Understand and execute work as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Identify material requirements in advance and place material orders as per site requirements and project schedules.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available at site as per the planned execution schedule.
- Check material quantity and quality received at site and report discrepancies, if any.
- Check workmanship, measurements, finishing, and overall quality of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues or delays.
- Coordinate with designers regarding drawings, design changes, and site-related requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and site photographs.
- Ensure proper coordination between different agencies to avoid delays and rework.
- Address site issues promptly and report critical concerns to the Project Head/Management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in residential turnkey interior execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, finishes, and construction processes.
- Good understanding of drawings and measurements.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and labour coordination skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and site management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of project execution.
- Experience in premium/luxury residential interiors will be preferred.
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending upon skills and experience.
Immediate Joiners / candidates available within 1 week preferred. Maximum notice period: 10–15 days.
