1. Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of all ATL & BTL marketing activities. This role requires strong coordination, follow-up, planning, and communication skills to manage digital marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, branding activities, social media, vendor coordination, internal approvals, and marketing schedules.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a detailed marketing activity calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as tech, regional sales, operations, and management to achieve results.
- Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, partner events, and webinars.
- Coordinate booth branding, logistics, invitations, registrations, giveaways, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, printers, and internal teams.
- Support on-ground execution during events when required.
- Standardize creation and updation (including version control) of:
- Brochures
- Presentations
- Data sheets
- Case studies
- Videos
- Blogs
3. Required Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities

4. Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, and marketing operations
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Familiarity with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms, and marketing tools
