Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Scrum Master for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. A highly skilled and proactive Scrum Master will guide and support multiple Agile teams in delivering business-critical software solutions. In this role, you will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling high-performing teams to deliver consistently and predictably. You will work in a global Scrum-of-Scrums framework, collaborating with other Scrum Masters to coordinate dependencies, align delivery objectives, and improve cross-team practices. This role requires close partnership with Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts, and Release Managers to ensure alignment, transparency, and customer-focused delivery.
As part of the Agile Delivery job family, the Scrum Master fosters the adoption and maturity of Agile practices across teams. You will lead by example in promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring that Agile values and principles are upheld. You will work in tandem with cross-functional partners to drive iteration planning, remove blockers, and track performance against key delivery metrics.
This role requires working hours with overlap till 7:00 PM-8:00 PM CET
