Security Guard – Job Description (JD)
· Managed staff entry and exit monitoring to ensure workplace security.
· Maintained visitor records with proper date, time, and purpose of visit.
· Verified IDs and coordinated visitor meetings with concerned personnel.
· Monitored movement of employees, visitors, and vehicles at entry/exit gates.
· Maintained logs of incoming and outgoing materials, personnel, and vehicles.
· Checked gate passes and bills before dispatch of products/materials.
· Conducted regular patrols to identify and prevent unauthorized activities.
· Reported suspicious activities and security breaches to management immediately.
· Ensured compliance with factory rules, including no alcohol/tobacco policy.
· Acted as first responder during emergencies such as fire, medical, or security incidents.
· Assisted employees and visitors with directions and basic support.
· Maintained visible security presence to prevent theft and misconduct.
· Handled minor disputes and escalated issues when required.
· Protected factory property, equipment, and other valuable assets.
· Ensured no packed food items were taken outside the factory premises.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
