Hiring: Inside Sales Manager (IT)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales efforts and drive business growth for our IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end inside sales activities including lead conversion, nurturing, and closures
- Manage outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for qualified lead conversion
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates regularly
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT inside sales/business development
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead conversion
- Ability to handle international clients and direct sales processes
- Target-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
