2D/3D Designer & Concrete Estimation Executive (Project-Based )
Job Type: One-Time Project (80 Hours)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2D/3D Designer & Concrete Estimation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and 3D models, along with preparing precise concrete quantity estimates for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design software and construction materials, particularly concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities
Design (2D/3D):
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for construction projects
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop design outputs
- Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, and sections
- Modify and update designs based on project requirements and feedback
- Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and standards
Concrete Estimation:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for concrete works
- Analyze drawings and specifications to calculate material requirements
- Estimate quantities for RCC, PCC, formwork, and reinforcement
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams for material planning
- Maintain accurate estimation records and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in 2D/3D design and construction estimation
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures and construction processes
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
- Good understanding of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and estimation methods
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
