Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Handle ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
- Perform purchase entries and Journal Voucher (JV) entries in TallyPrime Cloud.
- Manage accounting operations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Process and manage NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other online banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related activities, documentation, and transaction follow-ups.
- Monitor daily bank transactions and maintain banking records.
- Generate and manage E-Invoices as per company requirements.
- Maintain and monitor petty cash expenses and records.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation.
- Support day-to-day accounting, banking, and administrative activities.
- Prepare reports related to banking transactions and fund transfers as required by management.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with TallyPrime Cloud.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation and journal entries.
- Familiarity with NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, online banking processes, and banking documentation.
- Familiarity with E-Invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with banks and internal departments.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting and banking operations will be preferred.
Experience:
