Role Overview:
Execution-focused Chief of Staff–type role working directly with the CEO/Director. Responsible for KPI tracking, cross-functional coordination, business performance monitoring, and strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track CEO decisions & maintain action tracker
- Drive weekly priority reviews & ensure 95%+ task closure
- Manage Sales, Production, Inventory & Collection MIS dashboards
- Improve execution speed across Sales, Operations & Accounts
- Support expansion, new product launches & profitability projects
- Reduce CEO operational load
Note: Not a Personal Assistant role. High ownership & execution discipline required.
