Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assembly Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in valve, pump, or engineering manufacturing, with expertise in assembly operations, production planning, ERP/SAP, quality control, and shop floor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end assembly operations from material availability to final packing.
- Execute production plans and achieve scheduled production targets.
- Create and manage ERP/SAP job work orders and monitor material availability.
- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Machine Shop, Paint Shop, and Quality teams for timely order execution.
- Ensure FIFO, inventory control, WIP management, and job order closure.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and GADs.
- Monitor assembly quality, perform inspections, and implement RCA/CAPA for quality issues.
- Maintain IMS/ISO documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, operator training, and attendance.
- Conduct physical stock verification and ERP reconciliation.
- Drive continuous improvement, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety initiatives.

Preferred Qualification
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Valve, Pump, Fire Protection, or Engineering Manufacturing preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
