We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our hospitality team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities daily.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Assist guests with requests courteously and professionally.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
- Support the housekeeping supervisor in daily operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
