We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in EdTech, Matrimony, or Banking sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills with the ability to achieve business targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, students, customers, and business partners
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services and guide customers based on their requirements
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain customer engagement for conversions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech, Matrimony, Banking, or related sales industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Graduation in any discipline
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in direct sales / field sales / inside sales
- Strong convincing and presentation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
