Job Summary:
Looking for a Site Supervisor with 1+ year of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. Should be able to handle on-site work, manage multi-skill teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely project execution. Must know Excel/Google Sheets, understand drawings, and communicate well in Marathi, Hindi, and English. AutoCAD and high-end project experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring timely execution in line with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
- Lead and manage teams comprising multiple skill sets such as civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify on-site issues proactively and implement practical solutions to avoid delays or rework.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure clear communication and understanding of site requirements.
- Ensure all work aligns with design plans, quality benchmarks, and regulatory norms.
- Track resource utilization and provide regular updates to management on project timelines and material requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of site supervision experience, preferably in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, site layouts, and construction documents (AutoCAD proficiency is a plus).
- Prior experience managing a multi-disciplinary site team.
- Decent communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for site reporting and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Exposure to high-end residential or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to assess site technicalities and align with client expectations and company standards.
