Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in operations, coordination, and startup execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational processes and coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Trainers, and Support teams
- Manage and update data in CRM systems (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.)
- Schedule classes and track student attendance
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new students
- Handle follow-ups and resolve basic queries
- Maintain reports, data, and operational documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and disciplined (important for remote work)
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
