The Luxury Trips is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in domestic and international flight bookings, visa processing, hotel reservations, itinerary planning, and client relationship management. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple travel requests while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticketing.
- Process and manage visa applications for various countries.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, and other travel services.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, embassies, and travel suppliers.
- Manage FIT, Group Tours, Corporate Travel, and MICE operations.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance of tickets.
- Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely support and updates.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for seamless execution of bookings.
- Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively manage operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Hands-on experience in flight bookings, visa processing, hotel bookings, and travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
