- Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers from our database to introduce our services and build rapport.
- Lead Management: Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain an updated record of interactions in the CRM/Excel.
- Sales Conversion: Clearly explain product benefits, address customer queries, and close sales effectively.
- Marketing Support: Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media outreach and email communication.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly call and sales targets.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (proficiency in other regional languages is a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Marketing. (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet navigation.
- Soft Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹8,880.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
