About the Role
Bolt Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Intern to support our student outreach and enrollment activities. This role involves communicating with prospective students, understanding their learning goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and online communication channels.
- Understand students' learning requirements and career interests.
- Explain training programs and course offerings.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities.
- Assist in achieving enrollment and admission goals.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective students.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, or the Education sector.
- Previous internship or experience in telecalling, customer support, admissions, sales, or business development is an added advantage.
