Key Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience. Expereince in handling the team
- Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart for cross-platform mobile app development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js/NestJS) for backend development.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, Microservices, and Database Design.
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
- Strong understanding of state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- AI proficiency with experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI models.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Automation Workflows.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Applications.
