Branch Manager / Deputy Branch Manager:
Job Descriptions:
· Lead the study abroad branch
· Making necessary strategies to enhance the employee performance and implementing the improvements needed, engaging into recruiting the new staff and other branch development operations.
· Training for the branch staff and keeping them informed about the study abroad vertical and industry best practices
· Achieving the maximum individual and Team sales targets and their conversion ratio as per the company’s standard.
· Engaging in building the relations (B2B) with educational institutions to expand Branch network, increase study abroad opportunities by different means and generating leads through it.
· Handling all the compliance inquiries and Retaining the clients
· Managing the branch Budget, ensuring financial Targets are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objective
· Effective approach towards the issues that may arise within the study abroad branch
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
