Hiring: Sr. Officer / Officer – Fertilizer Sales & Marketing
Location: Satara, Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Sr. Officer / Officer – Fertilizer Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing fertilizer business, dealer network management, sales promotion activities, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales and marketing activities for fertilizer products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with farmers, retailers, and channel partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection and reporting
- Organize promotional activities, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of fertilizer/agri-input products
- Market development and dealer handling experience
- Sales planning and reporting
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Qualification
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / MBA Agri Business / Any Graduate with relevant experience
Experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Fertilizer / Agri Input Sales & Marketing
Preferred Industry
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
