Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Counsellor to join our admissions team for a leading NEET & JEE preparation institute in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about guiding students, and have the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Fresh MBA graduates or candidates from reputed colleges with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding NEET & JEE preparation programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic leads, and online admission queries.
- Explain course offerings, fee structure, scholarship programs, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Qualifications
- MBA preferred (Marketing, HR, or related specialization).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates from reputed colleges with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
