Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and guide the development process to achieve optimal results. Your role will also include troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Experience in working in integration with 3PL.
- Experience in handling Mapping for 3PL(IDOC to IDOC,or IDOC to XML for ex)
- Experience in IDOC enviornment (IDOC config/Testing) connected to ERP/S/4.
- Experience in general in IM Logistics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM functionalities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
