We are the OEM for Fiber optics networking products and indoor/outdoor networking racks. We are certified IT system integrators who consult, design and implement end-to-end IT networking and security surveillance infrastructure solutions.
Job Summary
Unisol Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive national sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, creating and managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a strategic mindset to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Management :
Create and establish channel partners for product sales. Engage with existing channel partners to enhance sales performance and drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long term collaboration.
2. Sales Team Leadership :
Lead, empower, and manage the entire sales team to improve individual and Train new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and development. Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to ensure sales growth. Identify and prospect new business opportunities to establish new clients and expand market reach. Demonstrate and present products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize revenue.
4. Sales Performance :
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Utilize strong closing skills to secure deals and meet sales goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research.
5. Client Relationship Management :
Build and nurture client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Use negotiation and self-confidence to handle client objections and close sales effectively.
6. Market Research and Reporting :
Research the market to stay informed about related products, services, and competitor activities. Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and market trends.
7. Platform Utilization :
Utilize platforms like IndiaMart to acquire new clients and manage sales leads efficiently.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : Proven experience as a product Sales Head or in a similar senior sales position, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary details
Experience : 8 to 10 Years.
Salary : 7.2LPA - 9 LPA
Location: Bangalore (willing to travel allover india)
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
