Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and versatile Technical Mentor who can mentor learners across AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies while also delivering sessions on communication, presentation skills, workplace readiness, and professional development.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication abilities and genuinely enjoys mentoring students to become employable professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Employability & Soft Skills Training
- Conduct sessions on:
- Business Communication
- Presentation Skills

- Coach learners to improve confidence, professionalism, and workplace effectiveness.
- Support students in building resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and project showcases.
Technical Mentoring
- Deliver hands-on sessions in:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Data Science (DS)
- Data Analytics (DA)
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Prompt Engineering
- Python
- Power BI
- Azure AI & Cloud Technologies
- Guide learners through projects, capstones, hackathons, and practical assignments.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and technical support.
Student Success & Mentoring
- Monitor learner progress and engagement.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical assessments.
- Assist students in becoming placement ready.
- Act as a mentor, coach, and career guide throughout the learning journey.
Curriculum & Innovation
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and content creation.
- Stay updated on the latest AI, Data, and Cloud technologies.
- Introduce innovative learning approaches and industry best practices.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge in at least two or more of the following:
- AI / Generative AI
- Data Science
- Data Analytics

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields.
✅ 4 + years of experience in technical training, mentoring, software development, analytics, or AI-related roles.
✅ Microsoft Certifications are highly preferred, including:
- Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
- Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
- Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300)
✅ Candidates willing to learn and pursue Microsoft certifications will also be considered.
