The paid ads specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and email marketing. The role focuses on driving website traffic, lead generation, and enhancing clients' digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid media tools, analytics platforms, and client management.
- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Analyze campaign budgets, monitor performance, and optimize spending to achieve ROI and KPI goals.
- Drive website traffic and enable global digital presence to support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, assess against objectives, and implement improvements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing content and strategies across digital channels to enhance end-to-end consumer experiences.
- Prepare and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage and refine workflows for landing pages across automation channels.
- Provide guidance, educational opportunities, and growth strategies for digital marketing team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Identify emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure superior knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Webmaster Tools for effective campaign management.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering successful paid media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of paid media tools and analytics platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels.
- Ability to interpret data, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Competence in creating and implementing paid media strategies for key accounts.
- Familiarity with SEO, contextual advertising, and various digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and automation workflows.
- Strong client management and communication skills, including confident presentation abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability for work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital performance marketing with a proven track record of key achievements. Prior experience in digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
