Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end customer service for sea and air import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
- Provide shipment updates and proactively resolve customer queries and issues.
- Process booking requests and ensure accurate shipment documentation.
- Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate records in the freight forwarding system and update shipment status.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
- Support customer retention through high-quality service and timely communication.
- Prepare reports on shipment performance, service levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in customer service within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Hands-on experience in sea freight and air freight operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and freight forwarding processes.
- Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and shipping regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
