We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Regional / Area Head Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations in the Education sector. The candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent networking skills, and existing school contacts across Delhi NCR. The role requires frequent travel within Delhi NCR and occasional travel to outer regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct field sales and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, HODs, teachers, and other decision-makers.
- Map and identify potential schools/clients for business expansion.
- Pitch and onboard schools for FunFit’s integrated educational and skill-based programs.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales processes including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure regular school visits for prospect generation and relationship management.
- Service and support existing clients whenever required.
- Monitor program quality and ensure smooth execution with clients.
- Participate actively in educational events, seminars, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and operations.
- Be willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally to outer regions for business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates from Education Sales / EdTech background will be preferred.
- Should have active school connections and understanding of school operations.
- Must be energetic, confident, and passionate about field sales.
- Candidates with experience in managing regional or area sales activities will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
