CTRLRoom Systems is looking for organized, communication-focused, and proactive individuals to join our team as Media, WhatsApp & Community Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage digital communication channels effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists, media groups, supporter groups, and communication channels
- Share press notes, campaign updates, announcements, speeches, and public communication material
- Coordinate with media houses, supporters, and internal teams for smooth communication flow
- Maintain organized databases, contact records, and outreach lists
- Assist in digital engagement and public communication operations
- Track message distribution and supporter engagement activities
- Support campaign coordination and communication management during events
Skills Preferred:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of WhatsApp Business and digital communication tools
- Organized working style with attention to detail
- Punjabi typing and communication preferred
- Basic understanding of media handling and public communication
- Ability to manage multiple groups and communication channels efficiently
- Data management and reporting skills are a plus
