Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CLM Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution implementations for our global clients. This includes managing client relationships, gathering requirements, configuring and customizing CLM platforms, and ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Scope of work
- Lead end-to-end CLM implementation projects, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with clients to analyze and understand their contract management workflows, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Customize and configure CLM platforms (e.g., ContractPodAi, Ironclad, iCertis, Sirion etc. ) to align with client-specific requirements and business processes.
- Manage and execute data migration, ensure seamless system integrations, and facilitate comprehensive user training to support successful adoption.
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation, including project plans, timelines, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams—including Sales, Legal, IT, and Operations—to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws, security protocols, and industry best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Deliver ongoing expert-level support and consultation to clients during and after the implementation phase.
- Continuously assess client environments to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and value-added enhancements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, platform updates, and innovations in CLM technology to provide informed recommendations and maintain implementation excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or managing CLM solutions, preferably with ContractPodAi, Ironclad, icertis or similar legal technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, legal terminology, document automation, and legal technology platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
- Professional certifications in CLM platforms are preferred.
- Experience working in legal, procurement, or compliance functions.
- Knowledge of AI-driven contract analytics and legal process automation tools is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
