The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners (ages 2.5–5 years) through a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The teacher focuses on building foundational skills in language, motor development, social interaction, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the curriculum
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Develop children’s basic skills (language, numeracy, motor skills, social habits)
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, games, and play-way activities
- Monitor and record students’ progress and development
- Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and caring approach
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior
- Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources
- Conduct activities, celebrations, and events for holistic development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

- Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Montessori Training (preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory in most schools)
- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage
