The Keystone Operations and Asset Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the management and metrics of our subscription install base working across operationals pillars in success, support and deployment. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and business operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- 5+ years of proven experience in asset management and business operations, preferably in a storage industry.
- Proficiency in using business software for asset management and with business operations tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
Asset Management:
- Mange the performance and value of the company's assets and associated metrics to defined KPIs.
- Review key reporting for lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, maintenance, and decommission and return needs.
- Assist in the process for dispatch of asset return and audit of Keystone owned materials returning to the depot.
- Conduct regular asset audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure support entitlements and maintenance needs are processed and up to date for all subscriptions
- Utilize Keystone software and workflows to manage asset data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain a schedule of location of assets to the address and serial number level.
- Review customers’ existing environment from asset age and supportability perspective to flag actions that may need to be taken or reviewed for technically feasibility.
Business Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.- Aide in development and updates of operational policies and knowledge base articles to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure metrics reporting monthly is updated for business reviews across deployment, success and support operations work streams.
- Collaborate with management to execute strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Prepare monthly usage reports that can be used for validating invoicing and licensing costs for any 3rd party vendors utilized in operations delivery and toolsets.
- As needed assist in customer escalations or correction of error items as it relates to asset management or BU policy or process guidance or updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
