ESSENTZ, a fast-growing premium perfume brand from Kolkata, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales & Brand Promoters to represent our brand at leading shopping malls across Kolkata.
Job Role:
- Promote and sell ESSENTZ perfumes from mall kiosks.
- Demonstrate fragrance products to walk-in customers.
- Explain product features, fragrance notes, and benefits.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build customer relationships and collect feedback.
- Maintain kiosk presentation and product displays.
- Support brand awareness and promotional activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate (Age: 22–35 years).
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confident in interacting with customers.
- Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, perfumes, beauty products, fashion, or FMCG sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic Education Bachelor's Degree.
