We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for business discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare reports and update CRM systems regularly
- Support marketing and business development activities when required
Requirements
- MBA graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience in business development or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in sales
- Result oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
- Confidence in client interaction and presentation
