Bank Follow-up Officer (BFO) to manage end-to-end coordination with banks and financial institutions for loan processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth movement of loan applications from login to disbursement while maintaining excellent relationships with banking partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with banks, Relationship Managers (RMs), Credit Managers, Branch Managers, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
* Track loan applications from login to sanction and final disbursement.
* Follow up regularly with banks to reduce processing delays and improve turnaround time (TAT).
* Coordinate with customers and internal departments to collect documents and resolve queries.
* Verify customer documentation including KYC, financial statements, GST returns, Income Tax Returns, bank statements, and property documents.
* Coordinate legal verification, technical inspections, and valuation activities for secured loan cases.
* Monitor sanction conditions and ensure timely completion of pre-disbursement formalities.
* Maintain accurate case records, CRM updates, MIS reports, and loan status reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
* Follow up on consultancy fee collections and bank payout receivables.
* Ensure confidentiality of customer information and compliance with company policies.
* Stay updated on banking policies, loan products, and industry developments.
* Support knowledge-sharing and training initiatives within the team.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, DSA, NBFC, or financial services.
* Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
