Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frappe Developer & ERP Consultant to develop, customize, implement, and support ERP solutions built on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills along with the ability to understand business processes, gather client requirements, and deliver effective ERP solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment
- Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Customize ERPNext modules, forms, workflows, print formats, reports, and dashboards.
- Create and maintain custom DocTypes, Client Scripts, Server Scripts, and API integrations.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate ERPNext with third-party applications.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable Python code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
ERP Consulting
- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis and prepare solution documents.
- Configure ERPNext modules based on client requirements.
- Perform data migration and master data setup.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve client feedback.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Assist clients during ERP implementation and Go-Live.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor system performance and optimize applications.
- Handle bug fixes and enhancement requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets within defined SLAs.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jinja Templates.
- MariaDB/MySQL and SQL query writing.
- REST APIs and API integrations.
- Git/GitHub version control.
- Linux server basics.
- Bench commands and ERPNext deployment.
- Report Builder, Script Reports, Query Reports, and Print Formats.
Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing, HRMS, and Payroll modules.
- Business process mapping and ERP implementation methodology.
- Requirement gathering and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.
- Experience with ERPNext implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, Redis, and Supervisor is an added advantage.
- Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, Frappe Cloud) is preferred.
