Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales conversion. This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates who are self-driven and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Explain company products/services and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain client records and update sales reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Telecalling
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
