Mittified is building a modern Indian homeware brand rooted in timeless craftsmanship. We work with artisans across India to create beautiful handcrafted products in kansa, copper, clay, and terracotta that bring tradition into everyday living.
We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're looking for someone who's excited to build with us not just work for us.
About the Internship
We're looking for one smart, hungry person who can do a bit of everything.
This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same task every day. You'll work across sales, operations, customer experience, and creator partnerships, learning how a growing consumer brand actually runs.
If you enjoy talking to people, staying organised, solving problems, and taking ownership, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Identify, connect with, and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to resolve queries and ensure a great post-purchase experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow up on pending tasks and keep projects moving.
- Maintain trackers, update records, and help improve internal processes.
- Support the founders with day-to-day operational and sales activities.
