- Travel & Expense Management: Organizing travel itineraries, booking flights/hotels, and submitting expense reports.
- Administrative Support: Drafting documents, creating presentations, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
- Gatekeeping & Projects: Managing information flow, prioritizing urgent tasks, conducting research, and handling special projects.
- Organization: Superior ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company information with high integrity.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
