Job Title: Safety Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS/PDIS preferred)
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and safety procedures at construction sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and PPE requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation, and hot work.
- Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to promote a safe working environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS/PDIS preferred).
- 7+ years of experience as a Safety Engineer in high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, or SRA projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA guidelines, IS Codes, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in safety audits, risk assessments, emergency response, and incident investigations.
- Good leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety documentation.
Pay: ₹11,832.82 - ₹43,585.74 per month
