Key Responsibilities – Receipt Quality Control Manager
- Incoming Material Inspection:
Oversee and ensure thorough inspection of all incoming raw materials and components to verify compliance with specified quality standards and technical requirements.
Conduct and supervise physical, chemical, and functional testing of materials using approved methods and equipment to ensure product integrity and reliability.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality concerns, material discrepancies, corrective actions, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
- Quality System Implementation:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable standards.
Identify trends, analyze root causes of defects, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance overall material quality and process efficiency.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies.
Work closely with Procurement, Production, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth operational flow.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
