Job Summary
We are looking for Electrical Assembly / Wiring Harness Technicians with hands-on experience in electrical wiring, cable harness assembly, crimping, soldering, connector termination and electrical testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical & electronic assembly as per drawings.
- Wiring harness, cable and connector assembly.
- Cable routing, wire dressing and termination.
- Crimping of Molex, circular connectors, RJ45 and other connectors.
- Soldering of wires, connectors and PCB components.
- Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Perform continuity, insulation and functional testing.
- Troubleshoot and rectify wiring issues.
- Maintain proper ESD and workplace practices.
- Maintain assembly records and coordinate with production/engineering teams.
