An HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to help organizations make informed decisions about workforce planning, performance, and HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data such as employee turnover, recruitment metrics, compensation, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve HR processes and policies.
- Support workforce planning and forecasting.
- Assist in performance management and talent analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems (HRIS).
- Collaborate with HR teams to improve recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys (e.g., employee engagement) and analyze results.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) and databases
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of HR metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or HR operations (entry-level roles may accept freshers with strong analytical skills)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR analytics tools or software
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Certification in HR or data analytics (e.g., SHRM, People Analytics)
