Job Title: Technical Operations Agent (Full-Time) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Technical Operations Agent to monitor and maintain our live sports video platform during India morning and weekend shifts. You will proactively identify system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, support internal operations teams, and ensure uninterrupted live streaming. This role requires independent decision-making, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and clear incident documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor live video streams and system health using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana). - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming pipelines and system performance. - Support internal operations teams with advanced technical investigations. - Escalate critical issues to engineering with detailed findings. - Maintain accurate incident reports and shift handover documentation. - Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system reliability. Requirements: - Background in Technical Operations, NOC, Systems Engineering, IT Support, or a related field. - Familiarity with monitoring tools, logs, and networking concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written English communication. - Ability to work independently under pressure. - Availability for morning and weekend shifts (IST) and willingness to work on-site. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools. - Knowledge of video streaming technologies and real-time media systems. - Experience working with international teams.
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,080,000.00 per year
