With unmatched expertise and market penetration in 5G New Radio (NR), we are shaping the future of communication – and pioneering advancements that will lead us into the era of 6G. Reliability earns trust. In this role, you will test, troubleshoot, and deliver Ericsson's 5G New Radio (NR) solutions on high-performance General Purpose Processors (GPP), with a sharp focus on resilience and availability. Your work keeps Ericsson product releases steady under real traffic, shortens issue cycles, and lifts customer experience across Cloud RAN and purposebuilt RAN.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end system verification for 5G features from feature readiness to release, aligned to business priorities and customer impact. Design test strategies that reflect live network scenarios and KPIs, with explicit coverage for resilience, overload, recovery, and availability targets.Verify, through automation, robustness, and stability on cloud and purposebuilt infrastructure, including Kubernetes and CNFs, with attention to resource efficiency.Analyze logs, traces, and KPIs across L1 to L3, isolate issues fast, and deliver clear defect reports with actionable next steps, in collaboration with design.Support customer trials and field issue reproduction, stay close to the problem, and move from symptom to root cause with pace.Explore on-premise AI assisted verification, for example anomaly detection, test selection, and log triage, to accelerate insight and reduce noise.
