Key Responsibilities1. Tender & Bid Management
- Lead the complete lifecycle of IT tenders (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs).
- Analyze tender documents, scope, and requirements.
- Develop bid strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage bid timelines and ensure on-time submission.
2. Proposal Development
- Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
- Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Customize solutions based on client needs (cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, etc.).
- Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and competitive.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct bid review meetings and approvals with leadership.
- Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and vendors.
4. Commercial & Pricing Strategy
- Develop pricing models and cost estimations.
- Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Handle contract negotiations and clarifications.
5. Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify risks in tenders (technical, financial, legal).
- Ensure compliance with government/private tender norms.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
6. Market Intelligence
- Track upcoming IT tenders (government & enterprise).
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
7. Team Leadership
- Mentor junior bid/proposal team members.
- Establish best practices, templates, and knowledge repositories.
